Try this app! Its very simple to use yet very helpful. Must give it a try!!!!im enjoying it alot....
At least one doesnt have to carry a pen/paper to record, it does just that and yet simple. Nice Sk, ont.

Some bad moments

Simple and nice layout..BUT, 1) only few workouts in the library, no Triceps workouts??? only few biceps workouts etc etc.. 2) it does have a form to fill out to suggest a workout but at least i should be able to add my own.. 3) app icon and all the icons inside the apps are of poor quality and pixels...must change those to retina quality. Once these are done, ill change my rating to 5 stars for sure..
If you could make this where I can write my own exercises this would easily be a five star! I love the look and ease. But I dont want to have to submit exercises for YOU to add. I want to just name em myself. But all in all this is a great app!!!! Add that one little thing and Ill go five stars....PLEASE!!!
This app is a good start in the right direction but it is lacking key things that will prevent it from ever becoming successful against other fitness apps. Here are some tips: 1) User should be allowed to add their own exercises. 2) There should be an option to add how much weight was used. 3) Retina display 4) Progress chart which displays sets, reps, weight, per exercise. 5) Body weight/ fat % progress chart 6) Waist, arm, leg, chest measurement chart 7) Daily body picture storage option 8) Sharing options via social media websites
I tried so many times but I couldnt delete the app. I ended up just deleting it!!!
